- I build the system around the model, not just the prompt. In Meridian, a local model reads contract clauses that fixed rules can miss; checks verify its answers, and a person approves changes before they go live.

Outcomes first. I own delivery end to end: I work with the people closest to the problem to shape the solution, build and ship it, and support it in production through monitoring and on-call. I also document the system and write runbooks so the team can take ownership. Before moving into technology, I was an operations lead at ConsultAdd, a technology company, where I helped build a subsidiary from registration through full operations and led a team of 20. That experience taught me what end-to-end delivery takes in practice. I bring the same mindset to software: plan for failure, and trust tests, metrics, and logs over assumptions. AI helps me move faster; it doesn’t lower my standards.
